Following the success of the just concluded 9th Kwara trade fair at the stadium complex, NASME decided to have a symposium to evaluate the events of the just concluded trade fair.
The program was attended by quite a number of dignitaries
This program was also graced by the presence of the vice president of Northcentral of NASME, Prince Ayo Ajisfini, more important is to mention that the NIGERIA EXPORT PROMOTION COUNCIL was also present
The program started with an opening remark by the chairman of NASME, Kwara Chapter, ARC. Zakriudeen Oladotun, he mentioned that the entire aim of the program was to take feedback and evaluate how the next trade fair can be better.
Alh. Tunde Aremu. The vice chairman also added that the 9th kwara trade fair was a display of both business and cultural opportunities which quite a number in the audience did agree with.
The program was also graced by the presence of the chairman of NASME, North central, Prince Ajifesimi Ayo, who briskly mentioned that NASME is prepared to raise millionaires and he also encouraged entrepreneurs to plan for succession, he continued by saying one major failure of businesses is that we don’t plan for succession.
The President of Kwara Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture: Alh. Ayodimeji Fatai Olalekan was also in attendance, the President stated that the association is not quiet about the issue of Naira in the country and that several meetings have been held to see to the resolution of the crisis in Kwara state especially amongst the business community, he encouraged entrepreneurs to be resilient and that this phase will soon pass.
Other cooperate bodies like the BANK OF INDUSTRY AND THE KCMB MICRO FINANCE BANK were as well present at the occasion promising and willing to assist businesses that appear ready for a new scale.
Finally and also very important to note is the Director of commerce from the ministry of business innovation and technology , who in his word said that the ministry is a friend of NASME and won’t stop to assist NASME in every capacity
