A group of firms will on Saturday, June 3, 2023, unveil the ‘Emilokan Fabric’ to celebrate the victory of President-elect Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu in Lagos.
The event is expected to attract distinguished personalities from the political, business and traditional communities, including Kwara State Governor who is also the new Chairman of the Nigeria Governors’ Forum (NGF), Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq; Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu; Elegushi of Ikate-Elegushi, Oba Saheed Ademola Kusenla III; Olofa of Offa, Oba Muftau Gbadamosi Esuwoye II.
Others are: Asiwaju of Offa, Chief Tajudeen Owoyemi; Speaker, Lagos State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Mudashiru Obasa; Chairman, Lubcon Group, Alhaji Jani Ibrahim; Maiyegun of Yorubaland and Fuji maestro, Alhaji Wasiu Ayinde.
The Emilokan Fabric is a quality and classy clothing material emblazoned with the insignia of the President-elect. It is available in 6 exquisite colours including: white, blue, navy blue, wine, cream and black.
Chiefly promoted by the As-Sakeenah Fabrics World, a reputable fabrics firm in Lagos owned by Mr. Shuayb Razaq Babamale, the unveiling and presentation of the Emilokan Fabric is also being sponsored by the ZGM Group of Dr. Abbey Onas, Trends Group of Arc. Zakirudeen Oladotun, Lamex Group of Alh. Lanrewaju Akanni.
The Coordinator of the event who is also the Director of Media and Publicity for As-Sakeenah Fabrics World, Alhaja Madinah Adigun-Oladotun, noted that adequate arrangements are being made to ensure the success of the unveiling.
She described Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu as a highly distinguished personality who deserves the honour considering the huge roles he played in enthroning democracy and sustaining same in Nigeria.
The Director of Media and Publicity also announced that the unveiling would hold at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Ikeja, Lagos at 10 am.
According to her, the specially designed fabric is a creative way of pushing support for the President-elect whom she called a master strategist, thinker and doer with demonstrable extraordinary leadership capability.
Adigun-Oladotun called on all Nigerians to unite in supporting and working with the new administration that will be led by Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu who has a vision of bringing renewed hope to the people.
Meanwhile, the organisers have also released a link for people to pre-order the fabric, saying they anticipate massive patronage from all lovers of Asiwaju Tinubu and patriotic Nigerians.
