ZGM Investment Group partnered with As-Sakeenah Fabrics World, Trendsville Media and LAMEX Group on the 3rd of June, 2023 to unveil the Èmilókàn fabrics, an exquisite Swiss Voile fabric, in honour of the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR. It was held at the popular Radisson Blu hotel in Ikeja and a host of High-profile dignitaries and business tycoons from across Nigeria graced the glamorous event. The event was the beginning of a journey that transcends the boundaries of fashion and textiles. It featured the unveiling of an extraordinary fabric that encapsulated the spirit of Èmilókàn, merging tradition with modernity, and infusing cultural heritage into contemporary designs.
The occasion was hosted by Chairman/CEO ZGM Investment Group and the Coordinator of Ogun-Guangdong Free Trade Zone, Dr. Abbey Onas.
In attendance was The Right Honourable Speaker, Mudashiru Ajayin Obasa, who chaired the event, and Alhaji Tajudeen Owoyemi Adetoyi, Asiwaju of Offa, who was the chief host. The top brass of Nigeria also showed their support for Asiwaju by being present at the unveiling of the Èmilókàn Fabric, among which were the Chairman of APC Kwara state Chapter, Prince Sunday Fagbemi; The President of Kwara Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture (KWACCIMA), Alhaji Olalekan Fatai Ayodimeji; popular Fuji maestro, King Wasiu Ayinde Marshal, K1 De Ultimate, Mayegun of Yoruba land; The Chairman and CEO of Peace Standard Pharmaceuticals, Dr. and Mrs. Samuel Akinlaja; The Kwara State Commissioner for Energy, Hon. Abdulwahab Femi Agbaje Whyte; Former SSA to the Governor of Kwara State, Barr. Muritala Sambo, Mr Tunde Babalola, Hon. Teslim Balogun, and Architect Yomi Lawal.
The executive creators of the brand in persons of the founder/CEO, As-Sakeenah Fabrics World, Alhaji Shuayb Babamale, the Chairman of Trends Group, Arc. Zakirudeen Oladotun, and The CEO, Trendsville Media, Mrs. Madinat Adigun-Oladotun unveiled and launched the clothing brand.
