The Kwara Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture (KWACCIMA) has appreciated the Centre for International Private Enterprise (CIPE) for its landmark recognition of KWACCIMA as an organization that leverages publications in boosting the revenue of businesses.
This exceptional recognition by CIPE may be ascribed to the tremendous impact of KWACCIMA’s flagship journal, BizVoice magazine, which was created in 2021 as a replacement for the legendary Voice of KWACCIMA. BizVoice is a trusted and highly sought-after journal in the local business community due to its remarkable content quality. BizVoice, a quarterly business journal, has a professional tone and serves as a complete resource that includes not only KWACCIMA’s activities but also industry news, exclusive interviews with business leaders and pertinent ads.
While appreciating CIPE for the landmark recognition, KWACCIMA restated its commitment towards remaining the “Voice of Business” in Kwara by promoting industrial and commercial ventures in the state.
Established in 1965, KWACCIMA is a voluntary non-governmental organization that comprises businesses and professionals dedicated to advancing the civic, commercial, and industrial progress of Kwara State. As the voice of business in the region, KWACCIMA plays a pivotal role in promoting and safeguarding trade and industry. The Chamber serves as a central hub for gathering and disseminating vital information on regulations, tariffs, trade opportunities, and other business-related matters affecting domestic and foreign markets.
Through the participation of KWACCIMA in influential organizations such as the Coalition of Northern Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Mines, and Agriculture (CONSCCIMA) and the Nigerian Association of Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Mines, and Agriculture (NACCIMA), it has contributed consistently to the growth and development of the business community.
As the coordinator of the Kwara Coalition of Business and Professional Associations (KWACOBPA), KWACCIMA has strengthened its position as a key influencer and enabler of business in Kwara State.
