Dangote Petroleum Refinery has reduced the gantry price of Premium Motor Spirit (PMS), commonly known as petrol, to ₦825 per litre. This is a ₦10 drop from the previous price of ₦835 per litre.

The latest reduction is part of the refinery’s effort to offer better value to customers and strengthen its position in Nigeria’s competitive fuel market. Just last month, the refinery, which has a capacity of 650,000 barrels per day, lowered the price from ₦865 to ₦835 per litre.

Sources say the price cut is aimed at easing fuel costs for marketers and consumers while maintaining Dangote’s lead in the local petroleum industry.
