Honorable Teslim Sanni Balogun commiserates with the Taiwan Ambassador, His excellency, Yi Ping Liu and the entire people of Taiwan on the 7.2 earthquake that occurred today 4th of April 2024.
In his words to the officials of the embassy, he states “ Please permit me to offer my condolences to you and all the people of Taiwan for terrible tragedy of the earthquake that happened in your country. We sincerely feel the sadness and the pain and we know how is it to be hurt due to death of many country men and women, old and young accross all genders.Wishing all the best to wounded and injured.”

It is of this note that he also expressed that taiwan is indeed a country with a friendly mindset towards Nigeria and he hopes the relationship can become stronger in future.
